You can book an appointment by calling us directly or visiting our shop. We recommend booking in advance as our slots fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit for all appointments to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your final service cost.

How long do braiding appointments take?

Appointment duration varies by style: Box braids (4-8 hours), Cornrows (2-4 hours), Twists (3-6 hours). We’ll give you an estimated time when you book.

Do you provide extensions or do I bring my own?

We offer both options! You can purchase high-quality synthetic and human hair extensions from us in various colors, textures, and lengths. We also welcome clients who prefer to bring their own hair – just ensure it’s good quality and the right amount for your desired style.

Wash and deep condition your hair 1-2 days before your appointment. Detangle thoroughly and avoid heavy oils, gels, or styling products on appointment day. Come with clean, completely dry hair. If you have relaxed hair, avoid chemical treatments for at least 2 weeks prior.

Do you have age restrictions for braiding services?

We welcome clients of all ages! For children under 12, we recommend gentler styles and shorter appointment times. Parents must remain present during the entire appointment for children under 16. We specialize in age-appropriate styles that won’t damage young, delicate hair.

How do I maintain my braids?

Sleep with a silk scarf or bonnet, moisturize your scalp regularly, avoid excessive pulling, and gently cleanse your scalp weekly with diluted shampoo.

How long can I keep my braids in?

We recommend keeping protective styles for 6-8 weeks maximum. This prevents matting and gives your natural hair time to rest and grow.

Do you offer touch-up services?

Yes, we offer touch-up services for edges and loose braids within 2 weeks of your original appointment for a small additional fee.

What hair care products do you recommend?

We recommend our leave-in conditioner, hair oils, and sulfate-free shampoos. All products we sell are specifically chosen for protecting and maintaining braided styles.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Please see our full policies page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is due in full at the completion of your service.
