- Deposit Policy
Securing your appointment with our deposit requirements
Required Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all braiding appointments.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, card payments, and digital transfers.
Deposit Application: Your deposit will be applied toward the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Guidelines for appointment changes and punctuality
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled once with 48+ hours notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
Cancellation Notice
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for deposit transfer to a future appointment.
- No-Show Policy
What happens when appointments are missed
Definition: A “no-show” occurs when a client misses their appointment without providing at least 24 hours notice.
Deposit Forfeiture: No-show appointments result in complete forfeiture of the deposit payment.
Future Bookings: Clients with no-show history may be required to pay 100% upfront for future appointments.

Service Refunds

Product Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Hair care products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Deposit Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to future appointments with proper notice as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
